ZyncFlo provides AI-powered lead generation, qualification, automated messaging, advertising campaign management, and related services. Features vary by tier.
ZYNCFLO MAKES NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS, REVENUE, LEAD QUALITY, OR CONVERSION RATES. All projections are illustrative only.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension.
Lead packages are final sales — non-refundable once delivered. Leads are sourced from third-party platforms and provided as-is. Unused credits expire 12 months from purchase.
By using lead services you authorize automatic charges of $25 per HOT lead scored by our AI. These fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Exclusive means no other ZyncFlo user gets that lead. It does NOT mean the contact is exclusively available in the broader market. Exclusivity applies within ZyncFlo only.
Your ad budget is charged directly by Meta — ZyncFlo does not handle or refund ad spend. Ad performance is not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for compliance with Meta policies and insurance advertising laws.
You are solely responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Meta policies, WhatsApp Business Policy, all insurance regulations and licensing requirements, GDPR, CCPA, and FTC AI disclosure requirements.
You must disclose to end users when they are communicating with an AI system. Failure to disclose may violate FTC regulations.
You warrant that you hold all required insurance licenses in each state where you operate. ZyncFlo does not provide insurance advice or products.
30% commission on referred monthly subscription revenue only. Self-referrals are prohibited. Affiliates are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes.
No spam, no contacting do-not-call lists without consent, no impersonation, no fraud, no reverse engineering, no reselling without authorization.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from your contacts before processing their data through ZyncFlo.
ZyncFlo owns all platform IP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license during your subscription.
ZyncFlo integrates with Anthropic, Meta, Telegram, Stripe, Supabase, Google, Groq, and ElevenLabs. ZyncFlo is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. ZYNCFLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ZYNCFLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (i) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 3 MONTHS, OR (ii) $500. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend and indemnify ZyncFlo from all claims arising from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, or violations of applicable law.
ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION PARTICIPATION.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
ZyncFlo may terminate your access immediately for violations. All outstanding fees become due immediately upon termination.
We may modify these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
