We collect: (a) Account information — name, email, payment details when you register; (b) Usage data — features used, messages sent, automations run; (c) Communications data — content processed through our AI and messaging features; (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, cookies; (e) Business data — lead information, contact lists, and other data you import or generate through the Service.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails; provide customer support; analyze usage patterns to improve features; comply with legal obligations; detect and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share data only with: (a) Service providers — Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), all bound by data processing agreements; (b) Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights; (c) Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We require all third parties to protect your data with equivalent standards.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Message and conversation data is retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@zyncflo.com.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@zyncflo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
